McAllen Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom construction, patio enclosures, screen room installation, custom additions, and related home improvement services in the McAllen, Texas area and surrounding Rio Grande Valley communities.
Services are provided on a project-by-project basis under a written contract. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding agreement to perform any specific service at any specific price. All service agreements must be confirmed in writing and signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates provided by McAllen Sunrooms & Patios - whether by phone, email, or in-home consultation - are good-faith approximations based on information available at the time. They are not binding quotes unless confirmed in a written, signed contract.
Final project pricing may vary from an initial estimate if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen conditions are discovered during construction (such as pre-existing structural issues or soil conditions), or if material costs change between the estimate date and project start. Any changes to project scope or pricing will be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit processing times, weather, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant scheduling changes to you as early as possible.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposits that may be retained, are specified in your written project contract. This website and these terms do not override cancellation provisions in a signed contract.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a project if site conditions, access, or other factors make it impractical or unsafe to proceed.
Payment schedules, accepted payment methods, and deposit requirements are set out in your written project contract. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or in installments tied to project milestones.
Accounts not paid according to the agreed schedule may be subject to a late fee as specified in your contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with outstanding balances. Title to any materials installed on your property does not transfer until full payment has been received.
McAllen Sunrooms & Patios obtains all required building permits from the appropriate municipal or county authority before work begins, as required by law. You agree to cooperate with permit-related inspections and to provide access to the property as needed for that purpose.
If you have a homeowners association, you are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approval before construction begins. We are happy to assist with the submission process, but final HOA approval is your responsibility.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials is stated in your written project contract. Unless expressly stated in that contract, McAllen Sunrooms & Patios makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to you to the extent permitted by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions. We do not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or conditions outside the scope of the original project.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, McAllen Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation shall take place in Hidalgo County, Texas, using a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
